Conditions for enrolling in KCPEE programmes and using our services
By registering for or using KCPEE's Services (website, programmes, webinars, workshops, learning resources and related services), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you enroll on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and will provide the participant with the applicable terms.
Each programme page or written offer should state its current scope, format, schedule, fee, taxes, eligibility, prerequisites, access period where relevant, assessment criteria and certificate conditions. Those programme specific details and any clearly presented special terms form part of your agreement with us. If they conflict with these general Terms, the programme specific terms prevail for that programme, subject to applicable law.
Enrolment confirmation: An enrolment is confirmed only when we accept it and any required payment is received or an approved organizational purchase arrangement is in place. We may reasonably decline or cancel a registration, including where prerequisites are unmet, a cohort is full or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid registration without offering an accepted alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered programme.
The price and applicable taxes will be shown before payment or stated in a written proposal. Fees are payable in Indian rupees unless the offer states otherwise. Promotional prices, membership rates, installments and deadlines apply only where expressly offered and eligibility is verified.
If an external financing or installment provider is used, its separate terms may apply; KCPEE is not responsible for that provider's lending decision.
Payment security: Your payment information may be handled by a third party payment provider. Do not send card PINs, CVVs or banking passwords to KCPEE staff. We will issue payment confirmations and tax invoices as applicable.
The cancellation, deferral and refund conditions for a paid programme must be clearly shown on its programme or checkout page, or in the written offer, before payment. Review them carefully before enrolling. The conditions may differ for a live cohort, a short webinar, a corporate programme and on-demand content.
Where no programme specific cancellation terms were provided before payment, contact us at leads@kallikratesgroup.com and we will assess the request fairly in light of the service delivered, non-recoverable costs and applicable consumer law.
If KCPEE cancels a programme: We will offer either a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled programme or a transfer to another date or programme, at your choice.
Material changes: If we materially change a programme's promised format or essential content and you do not accept the alternative, we will offer an appropriate refund for the undelivered part.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where practicable; payment provider timelines may apply.
We may change a trainer, platform or session time for reasonable operational reasons and will communicate material changes. We will take reasonable steps to deliver the advertised learning outcomes.
Access to a live session, recording, learning platform or resource is subject to the access period and technical requirements stated for that programme. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and any expressly disclosed third party software requirements.
A certificate is issued only if the programme description promises one and the participant meets the stated requirements, which may include:
Partner credentials: A partner's name, logo or certification claim applies only to the particular programme for which that partner has authorized it. Where an AIMA certificate or another partner certificate is advertised, the issuing body and eligibility conditions will be identified on that programme page.
What we don't promise: We do not promise professional licensure, academic credit, employment, promotion, business revenue or a particular examination result unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
You agree to:
We may restrict access for serious or repeated breaches after a reasonable review and, where appropriate, notice. Any refund following such restriction will be determined under applicable law and the programme terms.
Course slides, recordings, templates, assessments, branding and other supplied materials belong to Kallikrates or their respective owners. We grant an enrolled participant a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the supplied materials for their own learning during the stated access period.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly post, record or use the materials to train a commercial AI model without written permission, except as law permits.
Your submissions: You retain ownership of original work you submit. You grant KCPEE permission to use submissions as needed to teach, assess, provide feedback, administer and improve the programme, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential client information, another person's personal information or copyrighted material unless you have the required permissions. Session recordings may capture contributions; see our Privacy Policy and the recording notice for that session.
Any public use of identifiable testimonials or learner contributions for marketing requires appropriate separate permission.
Programmes may refer to third party websites, software and AI services. Their providers control those products and their separate terms apply. Availability and features may change. Verify outputs before using them in professional decisions.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining authority before putting client, employer or personal data into any such tool. Training examples and templates are educational and should be adapted to the facts, law and professional standards relevant to their use.
Our Services provide education and skills development. Unless a separate written engagement says otherwise, they do not constitute tailored legal, tax, financial, cyber security or other professional advice. Trainers may express their own views.
You remain responsible for decisions and work produced using the learning materials.
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by:
Any contractual limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We will send service communications needed to administer your enrolment. Promotional messages and your choices concerning them are described in that policy.
We may update these Terms for future use of the Services. The terms presented when you enroll govern that enrolment unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.
Dispute resolution: Please first raise a service complaint with leads@kallikratesgroup.com so we can seek to resolve it.
Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums, courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will hear disputes arising from these Terms.
